Strategical's advisory and consultancy work spans the full lifecycle of UK defence business winning - from sustained strategic counsel for firms positioning in the sector through to hands-on bid execution on live campaigns.

Advisory is observational and judgement-led: market direction, strategic positioning, when and how to engage opportunities and stakeholders etc. Consultancy is hands-on and produces defined artefacts such as capture plans, colour reviews, win strategies, and executive summaries. Most clients move between the two whilst engaged with us.
